Accident Report

Your safety is our top priority.

In case of an accident, please first ensure everyone is safe.

1. Call 911 – if there are injuries or another car involved. 
2. Ensure everyone is safe.
3. If there minor damage and no other vehicles are involved, follow steps 5 – 6
4. Contact the police.
   • If another vehicle is involved, you must obtain a police report.
   • Request a case number or a copy of the report for your records.
   • For non-emergencies, call:

5. Document the scene.
   • Take clear photos of all vehicles involved (front, sides, rear, and VIN—usually found on the driver’s side windshield or door jam).
   • Photograph the other driver’s license and insurance card. This information will help you complete our accident form and allow us to assist you more effectively.
