Accident Report

Your safety is our top priority.

In case of an accident, please first ensure everyone is safe and call 911.

When reporting an accident, you must have a police report if another vehicle is involved. Obtain a case number or a copy of the police report.

Please take photos of all vehicles involved in the accident, including front, sides, rear and VIN (drivers side windshield or door jamb).

Please take photos of the other driver’s license and insurance card. This will help you fill out our accident form, and allow us to assist you effectively.
