Aylene McCallum has eight years of experience in the field of Transportation Demand Management and is currently the Transportation and Research Manager at the Downtown Denver Partnership (DDP). In addition to her transportation-related responsibilities, Aylene manages the Partnership’s Urban Exploration Trip, which takes Downtown Denver’s public and private sector leaders on a best practices trip to other cities across the country. Throughout her career, Aylene has been involved with multiple projects that have received international recognition, including the DDP’s Get Downtown UnConventionally and the Drive Less Denver programs which have both received awards from the Association for Commuter Transportation and the International Downtown Association. Aylene is currently chair of the Mayor’s Parking Commission and sits on the Mayor’s Bicycle Advisory Committee. Aylene and her husband have been a one-car household for nearly four years, using the extra money in their budget to pay for dozens of home improvement projects! Aylene received her degree in Public Affairs and Communications from the University of Denver and is originally from Milwaukie, Oregon.
