Who we are
BCS is a volunteer-based, not-for profit organization.
Presently, it has 90 members and 8 vehicles.
Our history
BCS started informally when a household of unrelated house mates realized that they didn't need a car per person. They sold all but one car and shared it.
BCS was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1997.
In January 2001 it officially started its CarShare operations.
Our board of directors
The members of BCS' Board of Directors are:
- Graham Hill - President
- Karen Worminghaus - Executive Director
- Jamie York - Past President
- Paul Bailey
The Board of Directors meets monthly in various locations, usually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
