Bulk Individual Memberships:
Give your stakeholders a jump start with pre-purchased Individual Memberships and Free Ride Certificates. Paid for by your business, these Certificates are designed to be given out as a commuter benefit. Build them into your HR or leasing package, offer them as gifts or incentives, or simply promote them as an available community resource. Once enrolled, Individual Members pay-as-they-go with separate billing statements.

Business Memberships
Account approved! A business eGo CarShare membership replaces the need of managing an in-house fleet or reimbursing employees for parking, mileage and gas. Equipped with an itemized monthly statement of all business related trips and an unlimited number of drivers under each account, business memberships are a smart way to driver your business forward. As an added bonus, each driver can also create a dual/personal membership with separate billing for no additional charge.

Easy as 1-2-3
1) Join. Complete a New Business/Group Application for each department that would like a separate billing invoice. If your business would like only one account, then only one Business application is needed. Each department will need to select a contact person to complete and manage the account as the Account Authority. The Account Authority must also complete one of the following personal applications. Be sure to add the name of your business and department under the "Member Name" field if applicable.
Drivers under a Business Account have two options when joining and must be approved by the Account Authority.
Associate Driver / Employee Application. Use this link to join as a Driver under the Business Account only. Under the 'Member Name' field, fill in the company name and department (if applicable). Under the 'Promotional Code' field at the bottom of the application, place your business name with 2013, example, "KSPhotography2013"
Dual-Driver Application. Use this link to create a FREE personal eGo account IN ADDITION to joining a Business Account. Easily switch accounts when you want to access the fleet for personal or businesses use. Be sure to fill in the Business Name and Department (if applicable) under the 'Member Name' field. Under the 'Promotional Code' field at the bottom of the application, place your business name with 2013, example, "KSPhotography2013"
2) Reserve 24/7. Use our online, mobile or automated reservation system to make reservations for any of our available fleet vehicles. All reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and can be scheduled immediately up to 4 months in advance! Our customizable system makes booking 15 to 48 hour reservations a snap and only takes a few minutes. Add a note in the memo field to easily track the purpose of the trip.
3) Drive. Use your personal key fob (issued upon approval) to access your reserved vehicle. Take your trip and return the car to the same pickup location. Our system tracks the mileage and use and all you have to worry about is returning the car on time!
Each month the Account Administrator will receive a fully itemized invoice that documents application costs, drivers' hours and mileage, trip purpose, cost per trip, and any other charges or credits incurred by the Drivers of the account.
